New help for Victims of Crime

This month I wanted to highlight a new website called Victims First, launched last month by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Thames Valley Police to provide information and support for victims of crime.

Victims First gives advice on what to do and getting help if you've been a victim of crime, including what you should expect from the police and criminal justice agencies if you decide to report the crime. You can find help and support to help you cope and recover from the impact of crime regardless if it has been reported to the police, as well as providing information on how to recognise hidden crimes such as modern slavery, domestic abuse including coercive control and hate crime.

So if you have been a victim of crime or if you know someone that has, please use the link below to gain the help and support you need.
